Faculty members from Fukuoka Campus toured the Simulation Education and Research Center at Itabashi Campus

On Tuesday, February 13, 2024, faculty members from Teikyo University's Fukuoka Campus Simulation Education and Research Center toured the Simulation Education and Research Center (TSERC) at our university's Itabashi Campus.

In order to respond to the increasing complexity and diversity of skills required in the field, such as the advancement of medical care and the promotion of Team Medical Care, our university is focusing on simulation-based education.We have established Simulation Education and Research Centers at Itabashi Campus, which is home to the three faculties of School of Medicine, Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences, and Faculty of Medical Technology Technology, and at Fukuoka Campus which is home to Faculty of Fukuoka Medical Technology, to create an educational environment that can contribute to the education of medical students.
Fukuoka Campus faculty members visited various simulation rooms at Itabashi Campus, including the Physical Assessment Unit, Cardiovascular Unit, Task Training Room, and the School Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences Multipurpose Training Room. After the tour, they exchanged opinions and held a Q&A session about the simulation education environment. The two campuses will continue to cooperate and share information in the future.
