Important Updates: Tuition Payment Procedures for the Latter Half of Fiscal Year 2023

Starting with the 2023 second semester tuition fees, the tuition payment method for all campuses has been changed to a method where you check Campus Square and then pay to a designated bank account. The payment method is as follows, so we ask for your understanding and cooperation. In conjunction with this, we will no longer send tuition transfer request forms (transfer slips) by mail.

  • * The bank account to which tuition fees should be transferred is the Mitsubishi UFJ Bank Natsugumo Branch. This is a dedicated account for each student, so please make sure you enter the correct account number. Please note that this is different from the account number used to pay the enrollment fee at the time of enrollment.
  • * For Correspondence Course and research students, tuition remittance requests will be sent by mail as usual.

Changes in tuition payment notification method

For all campuses, we have changed the way we send information about tuition payment from mail to email, CampusSquare and our website. The person responsible for paying tuition fees can receive emails about tuition payment at the email address they registered in advance. In addition, we will also contact current students themselves with information about tuition fees using the LMS, portal site and CampusSquare.

Check tuition information and transfer request form on CampusSquare, and complete tuition payment procedures

Those responsible for paying tuition fees should log in to CampusSquare with their ID, check tuition fee information, download and print the tuition fee transfer request form (transfer slip), and complete the payment procedure at a bank counter, ATM, online banking, etc. so that the money arrives at the university by the payment due date, Friday, May 31st.
If you wish to extend the deadline for tuition payment, please submit the "Application for Tuition Deferral Payment" posted on Campus Square to the relevant address listed on the "Application for Tuition Deferral Payment" by Friday, May 31st during the office hours. (Applications can be sent by mail, but must arrive by the deadline.)
Please note that we will not be able to accept any applications after the deadline.
You can also check your tuition fees and the status of your tuition payment procedures by logging in with your current student ID.

Schedule (2024 First Semester Tuition Fees)

Wednesday, May 1st: Start of confirmation of information on 2024 first semester tuition fees on Campus Square, start of payment
Friday, May 31: Deadline for payment of tuition fees for the first semester of the 2024 academic year, deadline for submitting a tuition fee deferral application
If you are applying for various scholarships, the tuition fee information will be reflected after the scholarship application has been confirmed.
Please note that it may take several days for the changes to be reflected.
