Teikyo University exhibited at the NAFSA 2024 Annual Conference & Expo

We exhibited at the NAFSA 2024 Annual Conference & Expo held in New Orleans (USA) from May 27th (Mon) to 31st (Fri), 2024. This event is the largest international exchange convention hosted by the Association of International Educators (NAFSA). Approximately 8,300 people from universities and higher education institutions around the world participated in this event, and seminars and poster sessions were held from various angles on the theme of "Resilience. Renewal. Community." Through seminars and workshops, participants deepened their understanding of the latest trends in international exchange and education, and also had interviews with other participating universities, with the aim of restoring and further expanding international exchange, which has been reduced due to the effects of COVID-19, to its previous level.
In addition, our university exhibited at the booth of Study in Japan, which was organized by the Japan Association of Foreign Studies for International Education (JAFSA), where Japanese universities and educational institutions participated, and met with more than 30 overseas universities, mainly in Europe and the United States, in order to expand exchanges with universities that we already have partnerships with and to develop new partnerships, and held discussions with more than 20 of them regarding new partnerships. We will continue to work to expand our global network through opportunities like this.
